§1. General provisions

§2. Placing orders
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week only via the website (https://learncryptocenter.com/en/knowhow-p2/). The condition for accepting the order for execution is providing correct data in the form on the website: e-mail address.
Placing an effective order is possible after accepting these Regulations.
§3. Conditions of Sale
All prices are quoted in US dollars in net and gross amounts (including VAT). The price given next to the Ebook at the time of placing the order by the Buyer is binding. Nice Solutions reserves the right to change the price of the Ebook. The buyer may request a VAT invoice confirming the purchase. For this purpose, he should contact by e-mail via the following address: [email protected]. Payment for the Ebook is made in advance via the PayPal payment system. If the payment is not made, the order will not be processed.
§4. Order fulfillment
Immediately after making the payment, the Buyer will receive a message via e-mail confirming the payment. Within 15 minutes of confirming the payment, the Buyer will receive a message via e-mail with a link to the page from which he will be able to read the Ebook.
If it is not possible to complete the order, Nice Solutions will inform the Buyer about the situation by sending a message to the e-mail address provided when placing the order. In the event of payment for the Ebook, Nice Solutions will refund the funds paid.
§5. Withdrawal from the contract
The buyer cannot withdraw from the purchase contract, due to the fact that access to the E-book is granted automatically, immediately after making the payment.
§6. Complaints
The buyer may submit a complaint to Nice Solutions if access to the https://learncryptocenter.com/en/knowhow-p2-paid/ website is limited within 24 hours of the confirmed electronic payment. Nice Solutions will respond to the complaint within 14 calendar days.
§7. Final Provisions
The regulations apply from May 18, 2021. Nice Solutions reserves the right to change the content of the Regulations. The changes will apply from the date of their announcement and will only apply to orders placed after this time.
